We're proudly made in Stamford, NY – once called the "Queen of the Catskills," our small farming town faced a downturn in the late 1900s and is now home to around 2,000 people. We love our home, and we're committed to growing here – building jobs for the next generation to stay in the place they were born. Every single person who uses our products is helping us grow in our home, and becomes a part of our community.

We're committed to our community beyond production. Right now, we're working with regenerative farmers, sprouting the seeds of what will be our first locally-grown ingredients, debuting in our launches for Fall 2025.
